Pigs are 100% smoked with mesquite wood. They come whole and will need to be carved;  we can give carving instructions upon pick up. We can carve them here for a $30 fee. All pigs come on a sturdy disposable tray. BBQ sauce comes on the side. All prices are pick up only; delivery not always available ($45.00 metro denver)
